16,000 SF Waldorf School. The program includes: 3 early childhood rooms, first through eighth grade classrooms, common room, handwork room, library, offices, tutorial rooms. The plan is loosely based on a spiral with a progression of grades wrapping the common
room. The building is engineered and oriented for a PV array and an extensive green roof.

Microbrewery and restaurant located in Building 11 of the historic Pontiac Mills complex. There will be a beer garden overlooking the Pawtuxet River. The project is part of a larger residential and commercial development by the Union Box Company.

Industrial building renovation and 16,900 SF addition for a maritime composites manufacturer. We took the lead on a complicated approval process. The south facing roof will be covered with photovoltaic panels. The addition is scheduled to start construction in 2019.
